Ian entered the audio industry in 1979 and after enduring an extensive apprenticeship, went on to become a successful audio designer involved in projects such as the original Live Aid and other landmark events during the 80’s and 90’s. In 1996, Iand become a freelance sound engineer and was regularly employed by Capital Sound on many successful tours and events, often contributing original designs as well as engineering. Following a dramatic rise in our high profile workload, Capital Sound have decided that Ian’s skills are now required on a more permanent basis.
