Warehouse Manager
Richard began his career organising 'Battle of the Bands' competitions alongside his studies.
Having been introduced to the world of live sound Richard decided to gain a deeper knowledge of audio mechanics and progressed with a sound engineering course which saw him graduate in the year 2003.
He instantly found work at Capital as a Warehouse Assistant and has recently been promoted to the position of Warehouse Manager.
